Katie Toher

Tuesdays, 11am

Katie teaches mindful and accessible yoga for real people. Her goal is to create a calm and nurturing environment where yogis can explore their own practice at their own pace. Expect creative flowing sequences to stretch both the mind and the body.

Katie completed her 200hr Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher training at Yoga Hero. She believes that every yogi is always and forever a student. No matter where you are in your practice, there is always more to learn!

Simon Carter

Wednesdays, 6pm
Saturdays, 9am

Simon Carter is a larger than life practitioner who discovered yoga in middle age, as part of an exploration into complementary approaches for managing the physical and mental problems that are becoming increasingly prevalent in modern society. Having gained first hand experience with the benefits of yoga for weight management, stress reduction, joint problems and overall wellbeing he is now on a mission to spread the word to other people who, like Simon, want to get off the couch and be kind to their bodies but aren’t sure where to start.

Simon offers private classes aimed at people who are interested in finding out if Yoga is right for them but may not feel ready to attend a regular class, a complete beginner's class with a particular emphasis on body positivity and is also a certified Laughter Yoga practitioner.
